Order Processing
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we typically begin fulfillment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During seasonal promotions or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Domestic Shipping Options & Rates
We offer multiple shipping methods for customers in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the delivery address:
- Standard Shipping – Delivery within approximately 1–7 business days via UPS Ground or similar carriers. A flat rate applies to orders under the free shipping threshold.
- Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery, typically 1–3 business days after processing. Rates are higher than standard shipping.
- Rush/Next Day Shipping – Priority delivery as fast as the next business day after fulfillment. Charges reflect premium carrier pricing.
Free Shipping & Promotional Offers
We may offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over a minimum qualifying amount. When your order meets the threshold, free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout — no promotional code is needed. Free shipping offers may vary by campaign and may not be available on all items or during certain promotional events.
Pre‑Orders & Special Items
Items marked as “Pre‑Order” or similar will not ship immediately. The product page will include a ship date estimate. Pre‑order timelines do not affect purchases of items in stock, but if your order contains both pre‑order and in‑stock items, all items may ship together when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment leaves our warehouse. You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Times
• Standard shipping usually arrives within 1–7 business days after shipment. • Expedited shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days once shipped. Transit times begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional fees for reshipment or may be returned to our warehouse. Hemline Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Shipping Restrictions
• We ship within the United States unless otherwise noted. International shipping may be offered on a case‑by‑case basis or through specific campaigns. • Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain states due to legal or carrier guidelines. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified before fulfillment.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Hemline Shop partners with reputable carriers to deliver your order, but once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly with your tracking details. We are happy to assist with carrier coordination when possible.
Weather & Delay Considerations
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier volume, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events outside of our control. We work with carriers to minimize delays and provide updated delivery information when available.
